How did we get here?
Not Before Nine provides solution driven software, developed to meet our clients’ specific business needs. After working with businesses from a multitude of industries both in Australia and in the UK, Tim Donovan founded Not Before Nine in 2006.
Not Before Nine was developed to respond to a growing market demand for boutique software and web application development services.
Our service provision has focused on SMEs and Government departments requiring bespoke high-quality websites and web-based application development. Through referral and expansion, a large number of successful projects were developed for real estate professionals resulting in the development of several industry specific applications. Building on this success, a number of industry solutions have been developed for the higher education, mining, manufacturing, shipping and logistics sectors.
